I use overstock regularly for household items furniture lights etc.. If I had any problem with anything they were very responsive. There is no waiting time when you reach them and their customer service is 1 in all worldOnce I ordered a couch, and it was bad in the middle of the pillow was not at all. So call and offer free return without worries. Since it was such an element of weight over I was super happy to pack and reassemble back. So give me a few dollars off of it.
